A Selection of Some of Our Residential Projects
Project: New Detached Family Dwelling
Location: Perserverance Terrace, Batley
The site is located on a hillside with excellent views of Batley. The new private dwelling consists of seven bedrooms, two lounges, large open plan kitchen dining, and an internal balcony and two external balconies. The house is constructed with locally sourced stonework with a pitched roof covered with natural slates.
Project: Semi Detached Dwellings
Location: Warwick Road, Batley
The site had a scheme in place for 4 semi detached dwellings, two of the semi detached dwellings were built. We were instructed to redesign the other two semi detached dwellings. The site is located within a residential area adjacent to other nearby houses. The scheme took advantage of the narrow site and effectively sited the new dwellings adequately distant from nearby dwellings.

Location: Lever Street, Bolton
Project: Detached Family Dwelling
The new family dwelling would replace a small detached bungalow after being demolished. The new house would consist of three floors, one within the roof space. The new house would provide six bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining and two lounge areas. All necessary drawings were completed along with necessary local authority approvals.

Project: Scheme of Six Semi Detached Dwellings
Location: Lambeth Street, Blackburn
This site was a large domestic garage colony site many years ago. The site is located in a mostly residential area but it sited next to a large mill complex. As per our brief we drew up a scheme of six high quality semi detached dwellings with detached garages.
A selection of some of our Residential Conversion Projects
Project: Conversion to Form Eight Apartments
Location: Blakely Conservative Club, Manchester
We produced a scheme for the conversion of the former Blakeley Conservative Club to eight quality apartment units. We secured planning consent after extensive consultation with Manchester City Council. Our scheme was detailed to meet the high standards required by the Local Authority for new residential units. The proposed works should be complete in 2017 ready to accommodate new city tenants.

Project: Conversion of Agricultural Building
Location: Heys Farm, Whalley
This old barn is located at Heys Farm in Whalley. The old dilapidated barn is located adjacent to the farmhouse. The barn is constructed with solid random stone and covered with a corrugated roof. We produced a scheme to form a family dwelling taking into account the local rural context. We worked alongside consultants specialising in structure and ecology.
